MICE Roadshow 2019

Accor hosted its annual MICE Roadshow for the second time, and it was a true success story. This four-day back-to-back event covered the destinations of Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna, and Zurich. Thanks to a combination of skilled walking acts, live music, an impressive show bartender, and a professional photo studio, SCRIPT and TELL created an atmosphere of innovation, engagement, and professional networking.

Accor brought the spotlight to their Planet 21 sustainability program this year with a unique and specially designed communication setup, complete with multimedia and engaging entertainment. The program’s key principles, ‘Reduce, Re-use, Recycle’ were featured throughout the entire event series. Moreover, each event day was linked to a charitable cause. For every ten conversations an exhibitor had, Accor donated one square meter of vegetable cultivation space to its partner, City Farm Augarten in Vienna. In total, 160 square meters were donated.

SCRIPT and TELL coordinated a 20-member crew of technicians, entertainers, camera teams, photographers, and makeup artists for four days. We created a flexible setup that was individually tailored to the location each day.
